Columbus hosted a Holiday Art walk in the occupied and  empty commercial builds.  With this from of Marketing, telling people whats going on in a area. People heard about vacant property, business and what artists in and around the area are doing. There have been 9 to 11 business that have connected with the property owners and have come to Columbus. The Motoclasico is one business that is know occupying one of the buildings.   Could some of these have come to town because of telling people about this event?
